Dondon Villena — Crooked Grind

If I remember it right, Dondon and this particular spot was one of my earliest attempts of shooting skateboarding. That was 4-5 years ago. It’s not a “huge” or a “gnarly” spot but it’s fun and I’d go with fun anytime. And no one really hassles you when we session this spot.

I always try to incorporate a particular quirk of a spot on photos I take. This spot is an abandoned lot and the area around it goes bonkers when it’s summer and sunflower plants just grows everywhere.
